Anxiety and Your Teenager

Being a teenager can be very difficult. Many teens are dealing with a changing world and extreme academic/social pressures that can cause symptoms of anxiety.  Many parents feel their teenager is another kid entirely, not the sweet boy/girl they remember from just a few years ago and they wonder if the changes they see are "normal" or something to worry about. Understanding what your teenager is going through is the first step to decreasing their symptoms and getting back to a positive family environment. If your teen is struggling, or asking to see a therapist don't hesitate to call.
